Win the Mathmos candle-powered lava lamp – Music News

In Music

Designed and made in Britain since 1963, the creators of the iconic lava lamp, Mathmos, have released a new line of their ingenious lamps this Autumn. Invented by British entrepreneur and eccentric Edward Craven Walker, the classic lava lamp has become a cultural piece of iconography for over five decades, maintaining a consumer and cult following from the 1960s until the present day.

The two new wireless additions, the Pod and Pod+, will extend the Mathmos range, following in the footsteps of the first lava lamp design, the Astro, which has been in continuous British production since 1963.
