We are looking for a very motivated Business Development Executive to own and manage our Sales Automation activities and assist our Business Development Managers. A qualified candidate, preferably has experience in Sales Automation or at least an interest and drive to optimise processes and sequences. You will play a key role in the success of our business development, client acquisition and sales activities. This person will work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Marketing to help deliver a successful sales cycle.

This role will be based in our BENELUX offices in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and you will report into the Managing Director BENELUX.

YOUR PROFILE

  • First hand experience with digital advertising platforms, solutions or technology
  • Experience, knowledge and deep interest of (local) digital and programmatic advertising
  • A self starter with the mindset of an entrepreneur
  • A person who acts with complete integrity and professionalism — both in business and outside of work settings
  • A creative thinker focused on continuous personal and professional self-improvement
  • Strong preference to work collaboratively in a team environment and a strong and commercial drive
  • Possess exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Dutch, any other language(s) is a benefit
  • Comfort with a fast paced environment and ambiguity. You have the ability to demonstrate initiatives and are results driven and customer and user centric
  • 1-2 years of experience in media/advertising sales, ideally in Ad-Tech/Mar-Tech
  • Basic understanding of leading DSPs (DV360, Adform, TTD, Xander) and SSPs and knowledge of programmatic, local and digital advertising landscape

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect accounts and opportunities focusing on Hyperlocal advertising products and our programmatic SaaS services
  • Identify and develop new opportunities by qualifying new leads and book meetings for the Business Development Managers
  • Assist the Business Development Managers with developing and maintaining pleasant and constructive relationships with key accounts, both brand direct and with agencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Adcombi’s key customers
  • Take full ownership and responsibility of creating, optimizing, implementing and managing the full sales Automation cycle including prospect search, contacting, meeting planning and documentation and administration process
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and skills for the Adcombi solution, our technology, the digital media and advertising in general so that you’re constantly able to solve clients’ challenges when confronted with
  • Assist the BENELUX Managing Director with the overall development and delivery of our business goals as well as growth and expansion strategy
